Peter Arnell Reveals- An Exciting New Prospect in Las Vegas.
The COVID-19 pandemic obviously hit the financial bottom line of people and companies around the world. One of the places that saw a great deal of economic downturn, and a lack of building, was Las Vegas. During the pandemic, as businesses closed and people stayed away from large gatherings, the Las Vegas strip, its convention center and its vibrant lifestyle all took an incredible hit. And now, Las Vegas is thrilled to see the Fountainebleau Las Vegas breathing new life into the area. Armed with designers like Peter Arnell, and with financial backing from the Koch Real Estate Investments and the Fountainebleau Development, this project will make a huge splash in the area.
The Fountainebleau Las Vegas is slated to finish in the fourth quarter of 2023 and should bring 6000 permanent jobs at the resort when it’s finished. While under construction, it is creating approximately 3200 construction jobs.
As Peter Arnell and many others work on this up and coming resort, the neighborhood is quite excited about the economic and social impact the project will have. Situated next to the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, the new resort will enable more foot traffic between those at the convention center and those enjoying the Las Vegas Strip. Gov. Steve Sisolak has said that jobs created for this project “will assist in Southern Nevada’s continued recovery from the economic fallout caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The project is a win-win for everyone involved in it in Las Vegas and an exciting new location to anticipate for 2023.
